Plaza Hotel Group, one of Nepal’s best hospitality groups, expertise and passion for our craft has defined our growth for more than 25 years. Established since 1997, we have grown from our first hotel in Kathmandu to our current portfolio of 3 hotels in Kathmandu and travel related service throughout the country.  Our Plaza Hotel Group hotels have around 105 rooms in Kathmandu itself.

Continuing our growth through building hotel properties and acquisition of hotel management services, we seek to extend our service philosophy of providing ‘ Clean rooms’, by adding hotels in various locations of Nepal.

With service at the heart of our hospitality, we endeavour to create unique and memorable travel experiences, and to bring joy to our guests. The Owner

YoubRaj   Shrestha is the Managing Director and the founder of  Hotel Crown Plaza since the time of it’s inception 25 years down the lane with Hotel Crown Plaza, Mr. Shrestha has been successfully able to establish Plaza Group and Company   as the leading Hotel Chain in Nepal. With 3 hotels in Kathmandu with the names of Hotel Prince Plaza, Hotel Shivam Plaza and Hotel Crown Plaza, Mr. Shrestha also holds ownership of several properties around the country.

Mr. Shrestha holds various portfolio’s   with industry related associations and other Sports/Social related organization. Mr. Shrestha is the President of AYB Foundation and Treasurer of Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN), General Secretary at Club Fifty Nepal And Senior Vice- President of   Kathmandu District Football Association ,Nepal Volleyball Association Nepal (NVA)  as well as Sindhuliya Shrestha Samaj. Youth Brand ambassador of Universal Peace Foundation, Formal Board Member of Social Welfare Council (National Health Fund) (2069-2073) and Other Affiliation are Him Right-Member, Community Development Society Bhimdhunga-Member, and Nabaprabat Sunkoshi Youth Club Lifetime Member.

Mr. Shrestha is also a Chairman of  Plaza Hotels Group, Plaza Agro Farm and Divine Health Care. Pvt Ltd. Mr. Shrestha is a Director at Himchuli Academy , Soaltee Westend  Resort by RRGR and Godawari Forest Hotel Pvt. Ltd.

A multifaceted personality, Mr.Youbraj is a socially responsible hotelier. His contribution in the society and at hard times has been repeatedly recognized by national and international organizations. His area of social intervention includes building libraries, helping rural communities with making economical reforms, reaching out with relief at times of natural catastrophe and several other activities.
His contribution towards the society has been recognized by the society and nation by providing National awards some of his awards are:-

Jana Sewa Shree Pancham award from Right Honorable President of Nepal Bidhya Devi Bhandari.

Shikhar Bektithwo Samman 2073 (Hon.Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun,
