I would like to suggest it's a complete corporate hotel — their service is excellent, 10 out of 10. Very helpful staff. Room rates are genuine compared to Kathmandu city and you are near the centre.

Location is in the Naxal area, just behind Hilton. Decent WiFi, decent rooms with kettle, air-conditioning and warm water. Hospitality is great. Only note — no lift, so request a lower floor if needed.

Stayed for 4 days. Room was decent, neat and clean. Staff are very well behaved and food quality was also decent. They accept UPI payment as well. Rooms are very silent.

The hotel is decent for business travellers. A bit difficult to locate for the first time, however the staff is very courteous, helpful and always keep a smile on their face. The food is fine — their pakodas are one of the best I've had in this city.

It was pleasant to stay at Hotel Crown Plaza at the heart of Naxal, Kathmandu. Staff were friendly and food service was good. There is a nice Sports Bar too. The room charge was reasonable.
